Delete your account

The fastest option is in the ArtistsKonnect app. Sign in, open your profile, choose Permissions & Security, then select Delete Account and confirm.

Can't access the app?

Email us from the address connected to your account. Include your display name and phone number so we can verify ownership before processing the request.

What deletion does

• Removes your login, profile details, saved items, device tokens, and uploaded media that belongs to your account.
• Anonymizes the remaining marketplace account record.

Marketplace records such as bookings, gigs, applications, and chats may remain anonymized for transaction history. Limited non-personal records may also be retained where needed for security, legal obligations, dispute handling, or platform integrity.
